All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
During high-demand periods or sales, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, and M&P.
Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Shipping charges may vary based on the order weight or delivery location and will be shown at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery time for international orders may take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees applicable in their country.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s official website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping addresses.

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations can only be made within 12 hours.
After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled or modified.
