1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Please note: Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made, stitched, or sale items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for the following:

  • Customized or tailored products
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Accessories or undergarments
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Return Process

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Libaaseresham@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return confirmation and shipping instructions.

Returns must be sent to our return address below. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider before reaching out to us.

6. Exchanges

We offer size or item exchanges if the requested replacement is available in stock. If not, a store credit or refund may be issued.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has started, cancellations are not possible.
